The James's Have Arrived!

That's right, folks the James's have finally arrived on the blog. And it wouldn't be a Rankin blog if it didn't have girls singing on it. So I have provided you with a blast from the past with pictures of my three little "angels" singing their hearts out! Even Ella joined in although she chose to sing along with Barney upstairs while Emma and Anna sang to High School Musical downstairs. Quite a performance!

YAY!!! You did it Karen!! I'm so proud of you! Your girls crack me up! Their huge imaginations remind me so much of ours when we were their age; acting out "Oklahoma", "The Sound of Music", and "The Music Man". And, making me always be the boy! I can't wait until Jacob gets to join in their crazy adventures!

Love you! <---->

I laughed SO hard when I saw your posting, Karen! I think I just saw a pig fly by my window!

No, next thing you know, you'll be getting high-speed internet to make it easier to upload photos!!

I'm glad you've joined in our fun...I get so excited when someone's posted new pix to look through...speaking of which, I thought we'd be seeing new ones of Jacob, Kim, now that Aunties Kendall and Kori are up there!

Shades of the past, indeed!!! Oh, my
it's SOOO hard to believe this is
the THIRD generation of girls who
enjoy singing together and the old
songs are still the greatest,aren't
they?
Karen, will your girls be taking voice lessons when they are older?
I see years of piano and voice in
your future and who knows which one
will become more famous. Depends
on which works to their full po-
tential (and gets the breaks),I
reckon.These words of wisdom are
from your grandma, from whom the
natural talent came directly and we
are not taking any credit for this gift from the Almighty!!
Love the Rankin Girls Blog and ALL
of you!!

Hi Rankin girls...it's Brea! Kelly sent me the links to everyone's blogs today, and I have you all bookmarked. I'm looking forward to seeing everything that you all post...if non-family members are allowed!

Pajamas and microphones!!!! What more does a person need? It DOES remind me of you five girls when you were growing up. I'm glad to see it continue!! Mom

Karen, I thought we might see some birthday party pictures!!!

Let me add 'Annie' & 'Footloose' to the list of the musical scores to which the Rankin Girls would sing -- what fun times! It's de ja vu to see another generation continuing this tradition... ;-)
